We had to replace the strap after our dog chewed on it. The replacement strap was high quality and exactly what we needed. Customer service was fantastic. I use this to keep animals out of my backyard. I’ve tried everything and nothing helped but this actually works. I watched a cat on my camera perk up when it encountered the Guardian and turn around and leave. So far, so good.
